Steve has led marketing and creative organizations at scale helping drive global revenue growth at KEEN Footwear and shaped breakthrough digital experiences at industry disruptors ZoomCare and Simple Bank. His leadership has helped companies increase customer acquisition by triple digits, launch market-making products and services, develop loyal fans, and drive revenue growth.
Earlier in his career, Steve spent 17 years helping build Ziba Design — an international brand, design, and innovation agency where he partnered with global brands including Nike, Whirlpool, Umpqua Bank, and Samsung to create category-defining products, retail experiences, and brand strategies. Those experiences built the foundation of his practice: insights-led innovation, purpose-driven strategy, and creative execution that moves markets.
